Welding

With over 30 years of experience, you can be confident our welding is to the highest standard and meets all regulatory and insurance requirements.

Our welding procedures and qualifications are performed under BS EN ISO 15614 – 1:2017 + A1 2019 standards. We comply with approved welding procedures and coded welders PESR (PED) work is undertaken in MMA and Tig.

Water Systems

We provide all aspects of water system installations, including water storage, treatment, water softener systems, cooling and hot and cold systems.

Our engineers work directly with the manufacturers to understand the latest innovations in energy saving and more gas efficient systems, working at colder temperatures, reduced steam and repurposed hot water, all of which offer greater cost-savings and profitability to your business.

Compressed Air Systems

We install compressed air systems for any part of your laundry process, including the compressor, dryer, filters and condensate system. Our team of engineers handle the electrical and mechanical installation, and we provide compressor servicing, keeping your commercial laundry running.

Gas Installations

Our Gas Safe engineers will assess, design and install your pipework for your industrial laundry operation. We provide welded and screwed industrial pipe work installations.

CAD Designed Installations

We use CAD software to provide you with comprehensive designs for your installation that consider every aspect and outline all the details you’ll need.

Bespoke Fabrications and Machinery Refurbishments

From our workshop in Atherstone, in the Midlands, we design and produce steel fabrications to complete your installation, such as guarding, tank stands, access platforms, handrails, pipe work and so on. We strictly adhere to compliance and health and safety requirements.

Welding repairs and maintenance can be completed from our workshop or on site. We also overhaul and refurbish laundry machinery, which may be exchanged for your current machinery – keeping your business running with no downtime while waiting for repairs.
